Why take part
We believe it is important to understand how health and wellbeing in the family affect the future of our children. We would like to ask mothers and partners to fill out the Born in Wales Survey and help to improve understanding of how to best support families into the future.
Short online survey
We are asking parents with children between 18 months and 3 years old to complete our short online survey. The survey includes questions about your health and well-being and your child’s. Other questions focus on ethnicity, employment status, and services in their local area. The questionnaire should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.
Linking data for future impact
With consent from participants, answers from the survey will be anonymously linked to health and education records. This will allow the research team to explore how the health and well-being of families impact future health and education outcomes.
